We involve the appropriate IT and security stakeholders during discovery, document data flows and access needs, and align the design to your requirements. Data handling, development access, and deployment location are agreed before sensitive work begins.
How are scope changes governed?
The first deployment starts with agreed outcomes, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and a decision cadence. New findings are reviewed with the accountable owner and handled as a tradeoff, an approved change, or a later phase before the work shifts.
Who needs to participate from our organization?
Strong deployments usually include an executive sponsor, an operational owner, a technical or security counterpart, and representative users. The required access and time commitment are defined during scoping.
Who owns the code, configurations, and documentation?
Ownership and licensing are defined in the engagement agreement based on the project structure. We make the expected handoff, documentation, environments, and ongoing responsibilities explicit before launch.
Is forward-deployed engineering only for AI projects?
No. AI may be part of the solution, but engagements can also include custom software, automation, integrations, data products, internal tools, and digital platforms.
