A Think Technologies concept · Detroit
In development
Code
Brew.
Good coffee. Curious people. New possibilities.A home for Detroit’s next ideas. And the people building them.
We’re creating a neighborhood coffee shop where founders, students, developers and curious minds can gather, learn and build together.
Meet for coffee.
Leave with
something more.
The best conversations rarely happen on a calendar invite. Code Brew will make room for the chance introduction, the shared question and the idea that needs one more person to get started.
A great café comes first. Community programming gives people another reason to return.
Come for a cup
An everyday café.
Thoughtful coffee, light bites, comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere. Open to the neighborhood, whether you’re writing code or catching up with a friend.
Stay for an idea
A place to build.
Bring your laptop, a project or a question. We’re planning dependable Wi-Fi, work-friendly tables and hands-on sessions that make learning feel approachable.
Return for the people
A shared community.
Meet the builders, students, founders and creative people shaping what comes next. A familiar place to turn introductions into relationships.
A gathering place with a purpose
The conversations are already happening.
Let’s give them a home.
Our team already brings people together through Detroit’s AI and technology community. Code Brew is the next step: a consistent place for that energy to meet everyday café life.
Proposed programming. Dates, partners and guests will be announced as they are confirmed.
Community is
our starting point.
Think Technologies combines business, AI and product experience with relationships across Detroit’s growing technology community. We’re bringing that foundation to Code Brew.

Build the community.

Open the doors.
We’re at the beginning. Our next steps pair real community demand with experienced café leadership, a suitable location and a fully costed opening plan.
01 · Gathering interest
Find our people
Connect with future customers, experienced operators and potential partners.
02 · Testing the idea
Host pilot gatherings
Learn what people want and test how community events translate into repeat café visits.
03 · Building the plan
Secure the essentials
Confirm an operator, evaluate locations, obtain quotes and arrange the right funding.
04 · Opening well
Welcome Detroit
Complete permits and buildout, hire and train the team, then begin with a thoughtful opening.
Opening timing will depend on the operating team, location, financing and required approvals. No opening date has been set.

Is Code Brew open yet?
Not yet. Code Brew is a proposed coffee shop in Detroit. We’re gathering interest and working toward the operating team, location, financing and approvals needed to open.
Do I need to work in technology to visit?
No. The vision is a welcoming neighborhood café. You can come for coffee, meet a friend, study or join a program. Curiosity is welcome; technical experience is not required.
Where in Detroit will it be?
We have not selected a location. We’re evaluating accessibility, neighborhood demand, café infrastructure and operating costs. If you own or know of a suitable space, we’d love to hear about it.
What does expressing investment interest mean?
It starts a conversation with the team. Submitting the form is not a commitment to invest and does not reserve an investment. No funds are accepted through this page. Any potential investment would require separate review and documentation.
Are founder guests and partners already confirmed?
No Code Brew guest appearances or sponsorships are being announced at this stage. Our goal is to invite experienced technology founders for monthly conversations during the first year. We’ll share confirmed plans as they develop.
How can my organization get involved?
Tell us about your group, the people you serve and the kind of gathering or support you have in mind. We’re interested in recurring meetups, practical workshops, student programs, sponsorships and useful introductions.
